Brooke Valentine and her daughter, Chi Summer, got nice and cozy for their latest Fashion Nova photoshoot. The celebrity mom recently uploaded candids of her and her daughter wearing casual wear from the brand.
“Does petty come in different sizes,” Brooke asked her social media followers in the caption of the series of pictures that featured her with her daughter. Chi Summer relaxed on her mother’s knee in one shot as Brooke pretended to sleep. The second candid was more lively as it featured Chi standing in front of her mom who was vibrant and smiling.

Both Brooke Valentine and Chi Summer are Fashion Nova ambassadors. Chi has especially garnered the attention of those online by marketing pieces from the Nova Kids collection. A recent candid showed the little one borrowing from Hip Hop trends to show off a white overcoat.
“Probably her mixtape cover,” Brooke mused of the candid. “She’s a beauty,” wrote one fan in response to the picture of Chi Summer. “Looking like a perfect mix of you and her dad,” another social media follower said in reference to Chi’s physical features.
Fashion Nova has been in the middle of what some would call a storm, thanks to the coronavirus pandemic. The virus has reportedly affected productivity as the factory is allegedly in the middle of a COVID-19 outbreak. Companies have previously faced backlash for endangering the lives of employees while trying to fill orders. Other businesses have lost money on cancellations because of COVID-19 outbreaks in the workplace.
A representative from Fashion Nova reported 233 cases out of 10,000 employees as of last October. The Los Angeles distribution center reported 203 cases of coronavirus two weeks ago.
It is not certain if the latest alleged COVID-19 outbreak at Fashion Nova distribution sites will significantly impact productivity. Supporters of the brand should search for updates on the Fashion Nova website.
