Ray J’s wife, Princess Love, wants full custody of their kids. New court documents reveal the Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood (LHHH) star’s quest to have all legal rights regarding her kids along with financial support from her children’s father.

According to The Blast,
“Princess Love is asking for full legal and physical custody of the couples two kids Melody, 2, and Epik, 4 months.
Princess is asking the court to allow Ray J visitation of the children, and most likely establish some sort of custody arrangement.
In the filing, Love is also asking a judge to force the singer to pay child support and wants it ordered she does not have to support him in any way.”
Ray J and Princess Love’s marriage has been on the rocks since he allegedly abandoned her in Las Vegas after the Soul Train Music Awards last year. She was eight months pregnant at the time and felt deserted by her husband because he reportedly partied all night after an argument. Princess was not aware that Ray J had been out all night until the morning after when she noticed that he was not in the hotel room with her and their daughter, Melody Love.

Princess Love told her social media fans that she no longer wanted to be married while still in Las Vegas. The LHHH star followed through with her desire for marriage dissolution after months of trying to find common ground with her husband.
Despite their marriage coming to an end, Ray J and Princess Love continue to co-parent in harmony. “While we’re figuring everything out, we’ve just got to be the best parents in the world and just make sure we’re there for the kids,” Ray J shared during a recent interview with Us Weekly.

“She’s been a great mom and I can’t even match that because of the hard work she puts in every day,” the celebrity father said of his estranged wife. “But I’m definitely there a whole lot more now and taking it one day at a time,” Ray added.
