Were Joseline Hernandez and her daughter, Bonnie Bella, singing about marijuana in a recent video clip posted to Instagram? Some critics believe so!
The controversy began after fans saw a video of Joseline doing Bonnie’s hair. The celebrity mom was playing ‘La Cucaracha’ by Lila Downs when Joseline began to feel the lyrics of the song. The Reality TV star danced and started singing some of the lyrics. Bonnie Bella followed her mom’s lead by mouthing the words to the song, which included words that seemingly praised smoking marijuana.

“[Did] anyone else notice [that] the little girl is singing about smoking weed,” one critic asked. Another wrote, “Marijuana pa fumar? Lol Why is she singing this?”
Not everyone was critical of Joseline Hernandez and her mother-daughter time with Bonnie Bella. One of the celebrity mom’s supporters wrote, “Go Bella, sing.” Another fan said, “I’m so glad your baby is with you.”

It is not clear whether or not Bonnie Bella is actually in quarantine with her mom. Joseline told The Zeus Network a few weeks back that her daughter was in California with her father, Stevie J, during this time of isolation.
“Bonnie Bella is in California living her best life,” Joseline said. “She got caught during the quarantine so she ended up staying [in California], which is cool because she is in a beautiful big house,” the celebrity mom explained.
