Lil Scrappy and Erica Dixon’s daughter, Emani Richardson, is 15-years-old and ready to date! The teen joined her mom last Tuesday (April 1) for a very special ‘Teen Talk Tuesday’ on YouTube.
Emani was in full celebration mode as the segment fell on her fifteenth birthday. The special day also signaled Emani’s crossing into the world of dating.
“She’s 15 [years old],” Erica Dixon told YouTuber viewers. “I told her she could start talking to boys,” the celebrity mom said. “She has friends [who are boys], but I mean … I don’t know if I want to call it dating. I don’t know if I want to call it that.”

It took Erica a second to settle on the notion of her oldest daughter being old enough to date. Some fans may still remember Emani as the 6-year-old girl who was introduced alongside her parents on Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta (LHHATL) back in 2012. Those days are gone but the bond between the celebrity mom and her oldest child remains.

“I’m okay [with her dating],” Erica Dixon said of her daughter’s new stage in life. “As long as I talk to the parents and they go to the movies, or skating, which is [fine as long as] we’re all the same page,” the celebrity mom said.
Emani Richardson is entering the dating field with words of wisdom from her mom. “Girls, if you talk to a boy and you really like him, no matter how much you like him, if he does something wrong the first time, always take the red flag,” the teen said. Erica followed up with her daughter’s sound advice by saying, “Pay attention to actions, not words.”
