“He has no children,” Tami said of her husband. “We tried three times,” the Basketball Wives star added. “We, unfortunately, suffered three miscarriages,” Roman explained.
Tami Roman secretly married Reginald “Reggie” Youngblood in 2018. She is 17 years his senior and lives with diabetes and high blood pressure. Having a child by natural means is, thus, a bit more challenging for Tami and Reggie.

The Basketball Wives star was at first skeptical of surrogacy. Kandi Burruss of the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), however, put her at ease.
“I saw Kandi had somebody have her baby,” Tami told Keyshia. “I said, ‘Oh okay chile, that’s what we doing now?’ So we got the eggs and we harvested those and now we’re looking for a person to carry.”
Tami Roman has two adult children from previous relations. Stay tuned to see if the Basketball Wives star and her husband decide to grow their family in the coming months!
