The sudden deaths of Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna Bryant, has led many celebrity parents to reflect on life, love, and family. Angela Simmons and Dondre Whitfield have been two of many to rededicate themselves to the greater good of love after hearing about the tragedy.

“It’s taken me all day to write this,” La La Anthony shared with her Instagram fans on Sunday evening. “A pain that I can not begin to understand,” the celebrity mom added. “My heart is breaking, and my stomach is in knots for my friend @vanessabryant.”
Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, were two of seven individuals who passed away in a helicopter crash this past Sunday (January 26). The tragedy occurred in the canyons of Calabasas and claimed the lives of all persons on board the aircraft.
“Thinking of this all day has reconfirmed and reminded me of the importance of the present moment being the only thing of importance,” Dondre Whitfield shared. “This day has drained me and revitalized me at the same time,” the celebrity father, whose son was training for Kobe Bryant’s Mamba academy, shared. “I’m so clear about my life and its mission,” Dondre exclaimed. “The loss of these two beings has helped me further clarify my purpose.”
Angela Simmons was in a similar vein as she declared herself further dedicated to living to her fullest potential. “We never ever know when our exit is here … But living your fullest, happiest life is important,” the celebrity mom declared. “What we must realize is living to be here to see the ones you love grow, to smile, to love (etc), is the biggest blessing.”
