Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons’ daughter, Ming Lee Simmons, is officially in her twenties. The young adult’s family celebrated Ming’s twentieth birthday earlier this week.
“The roaring 20s,” Aoki Lee Simmons wrote to her older sister. “Happy birthday, old sport,” Aoki shared. Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons also took to Instagram to celebrate their oldest daughter’s birthday.
“Happy 20th birthday to my biggest baby, @mingleesimmons,” Kimora wrote online. “We’ve been side by side for 20 whole years,” the celebrity mom exclaimed. “Mommy is so proud of you! Keep shooting for the stars!! We love you so much! And wish you a FABULOUS DAY!”
Russell Simmons wrote, “My beautiful baby @mingleesimmons! Already 20 years old!! Time flys! What a lucky man I am to have such an amazing sweet compassionate and loving daughter. Happy bday baby girl. Keep it up, you are doing great.”
Ming Lee Simmons has worked hard to establish herself in the fashion industry. The young adult has used her mom’s advice to navigate her way through a world that is often viewed as cutthroat.
“I grew up on the runway, walking with my mom and sister at the end of every Baby Phat show during fashion week in New York,” Ming said during an interview with W Magazine in 2017.

“I’ve been in ads with my mom and sister since I was 2 years old,” Ming revealed. “I’m only now realizing how uncommon that is and I’m deeply appreciative of those experiences.”
