Ciara had the support of her husband Russell Wilson, and their daughter Sienna Princess Wilson as she performed during an evening of music and culture hosted by Spotify and Hulu during Cannes Lions 2019 at Villa Mirazuron June 17, 2019 in Cannes, France.
Ciara, who was dressed in all black for the event, took to the stage to perform an acoustic set of her old-school hits such as Goodies and 1, 2 Step as well as tracks off her new album, Beauty Marks, including Thinkin Bout You.
“Good vibes Performing in Cannes for @Spotify and @Hulu overlooking the water. Thanks for having me,” she wrote on her Instagram.
Russell, who cheered on his wife from the audience, recently opened up about being a father not only to his daughter Sienna , but to his step-son Future Zahir.
“I came in the league and I didn’t have kids at first. I always wanted kids. — That’s one thing I always wanted and hoped and prayed for,” the NFL player said. “Now, I have two, with (step-son) baby future. Being a step-dad, it’s the greatest blessing in the world.”
He continued, “You get to share this amazing memories with your kids and family,” he said, explaining that the football stands look way different now that he’s a father. “I get to see them after the game — three Seahawks jerseys — and they are all grinning ear to ear. It’s the best blessing in the world. I’m just so grateful for that!”
Russell and Ciara , who married in July 2016, welcomed Sienna Princess Wilson, born on April 28, 2017. Ciara’s son, Future Zahir is from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
