Ashley Darby and her husband, Michael Darby, are getting ready for baby. The Real Housewives Of Potomac couple celebrated the impending birth of their child via a baby shower this past weekend.
“So much joy,” Ashley exclaimed. “This mama-to-be is happier than anything in the world,” the RHOP star added.
Ashley also honored her co-stars who gave full support during her baby shower.”Where would I be without my RHOP ladies,” she asked. “Through every ebb and flow, there is underlying support that can’t be broken. Thank you so much for showering Baby D with all this love!”
Ashley and Michael Darby announced their expectancy a few months back. The celebrity couple revealed the gender of their unborn child the other week with a skydiving event. “This is a big day for us,” Michael told fans before the big gender reveal. Ashley said, “We are going to reveal the sex of the baby.” The celebrity couple waited until they were in the middle of the air before releasing blue powder, which indicated Michael and Ashley’s expectancy of a son.
Ashley shared the joy of her and Michael’s expectancy with exclusively with PEOPLE this past weekend. “I am filled with love,” the RHOP star said. Ashley commemorated the impending birth of her son as well as her 31st birthday at the baby shower. “I cannot think of a better way to spend my birthday,” the expectant star said.
