Many celebrity couples hold gender reveals that include cake and loved ones. Not many parties take place several thousand feet off the ground. Ashley and Michael Darby chose to be different.
“This is a big day for us,” Michael said moments before jumping out of an airplane to reveal the gender of his unborn child. “We are going to reveal the sex of the baby.” Ashley appeared beyond thrilled to share the gender of her unborn child via a skydiving trip.

“Mickey and I are so happy to share this incredible news with you, as we prepare for this amazing gift to come into our lives,” the Reality TV star shared online. “We are beyond words excited,” Ashley added.
The excitement was evident as the Darbys revealed the sex of their child. Michael held on to a pouch that bore blue powder inside, which signified the couple’s expectancy of a boy. The father-to-be released the powder after he and his wife jumped out of the plane. Michael moved the pouch around in celebration mode after seeing blue powder.
“Very cool,” one fan exclaimed. “Congratulations and many blessings.” Another of Ashley’s Instagram fans wrote, “That baby boy is going to change the way you love and will show you a love you didn’t know existed. I am so very happy for you. I’ve grown to love you through the screen. I believe you will be an awesome mommy. You can now say your marriage is truly blessed.”
