Remember the name of Antoinette Love. The high school student received 115 acceptance letters from colleges and universities throughout the nation and upwards of $3.7 million in scholarship offers. This girl is going places!
“I just kept applying,” Antoinette said when asked how she received so many acceptance letters. “I wanted to see how many I could get into.”
Love admitted that she wasn’t that hopeful that she would receive dozens of acceptance letters. She underestimated things. “They just kept coming, and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh,'” the teen said.

Antoinette may have been surprised by the number of acceptance letters she received. Her school’s administrator, however, was not the least bit shocked at her accomplishments. “She has shown that she is able to compete on multiple levels, not only in terms of how many colleges that she’s been accepted into, but also in terms of how well she has done in high school,” the head of the school told the press.
The teen’s mother, Yolanda Love, believed that her daughter’s decision would depend on a number of factors including finances and the need for independence. “I say within eight-hour driving distance in my mind,” Yolanda said of her vision of the ideal college for Antoinette. “To her, I don’t know,” the proud mother admitted. “She’ll probably go to Alaska, just to do something like that to make my nerves go bad.”
Congratulations ✊🏾#antoinettelove
