Erica Dixon has welcomed her twins! The “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star announced the news on her Instagram and also shared that she had to leave her twin girls in NICU.
On Sunday she wrote, “Today was one of the most difficult days of my life. I have been blessed with two beautiful baby girls but to have to leave them just tore me apart. Praying they can come home sooner than later. Im missing them so much already.”

The reality star first shared news of her pregnancy back in February. She wrote, “Blessed beyond what I deserve. Thank you all for keeping this private until we were ready to share. Thank you to @hopedahairologist who set up an amazing reveal and my closest friends and family who have been on this journey with me. The love and support has been more than appreciated.”

The reality television star has yet to reveal the identity of her babies’ father.
Erica already has one daughter, Emani, with her ex Lil Scrappy, who recently welcomed a baby boy with wife Bambi.
