You know that you have made it when retail giant Mattel creates a Barbie doll just for you! This year, Barbie turns 60 and she’s celebrating adding a few new items to her catalogue. In addition to the new books, initiatives, and anniversary events, Barbie is adding new faces to the family. The “Sheroes” collection will add 20 new faces from all over the world and of course, Yara Shahidi is among the lot!
To coincide with International Women’s Day, March 8th, the brand chose diverse women from ages 19-85 to represent.
