The Pro Bowl Week is well on its way with Ciara and Russell Wilson bringing their daughter, Sienna Wilson, to enjoy the experience. Russell and former Dallas Cowboys player Emmitt Smith participated in 2019 Pro Bowl Skills Showdown this past Wednesday (January 23) in Orlando, Florida.
The energy was high as the practice sessions for the week unfolded. Ciara and Sienna were certainly seizing every opportunity to have fun as the mother-daughter duo took pictures with several team cheerleaders. Sienna even held pom poms while taking pictures.
NFL players come from near and far every year to celebrate the greatness of the sport at the Pro Bowl. The weeklong event is officially recognized as an AFC-NFC gathering because of the 1970 merger of the NFL with its former rival association known as the American Football League (AFC).
There was much excitement surrounding the actual competition. Many thought that Russell Wilson and his NFL teammates would plunder the opposing AFC team. The NFL, however, fell to the strength of the AFC.
Russell Wilson recently spoke with the media about health and wellness. “I feel younger than ever,” Russell shared. “That’s because I’ve been really investing in the body and movement and sleep parts—having a movement specialist, a massage therapist, and a trainer. Putting the team in place is like having a Formula One car. You have to make sure that everything’s tuned up and ready to roll.”
Sienna is Ciara and Russell Wilson’s only child. Ciara also has a son named Future Zahir from a previous relationship.
