Isabella Watson, the daughter of Jennifer Freeman and Earl Watson, recently made her film debut alongside her mom in the BET Christmas flick, Throwback Holiday.
“My daughter Isabella makes her acting debut tonight,” Jennifer shared online a few days ago. Throwback Holiday first aired on BET on December 15, 2018.
This is definitely the film for those looking for a bit of meaning at Christmas. In the movie, Jacquline Grant (Jennifer Freeman) wonders when her life began heading South. The loving mother progressively went from an exuberant medical professional with her own practice to someone with ungrateful children and a husband with wandering eyes and now, she’s looking for answers. Jacquline thinks that her problems can be solved by going back to her glory days as a high school cheerleader. She, however, will learn a hard lesson about destiny and appreciating life.
“This story taught me personally to live life with no regrets,” Jennifer said of her role in the film and its impact on her personal life after filming. “If there are people in your life that you haven’t spoken to or your relationship with them isn’t right..make it right. Say those things you wish you would’ve said, or spend time with them while they are still here. Life is precious and sometimes we get so busy in our life that we think we have time until something happens and we realize unfortunately we don’t,” the star mom shared.
Isabella definitely seemed to seize the moment by making her acting debut nothing short of a success. The youngster’s father celebrated his daughter’s accomplishment online.
“I’ve loved you before I’ve known your name, danced with you since birth, and will always adore you beyond merit,” Earl Watson wrote to his daughter. “Congrats on your first acting role that airs tonight! I love you mucho, mucho!”
