Don’t you just love it when celebrities are straightforward with their gender reveals? Eddie Murphy’s girlfriend, Paige Butcher, gave a clear answer when recently asked by TMZ if her and Eddie’s second child would be a boy or girl.

“It’s going to be a boy,” Butcher told the media source. The expectant actress also expressed excitement in being pregnant for the second time. “Today is just a good day,” Paige said while holding bags that appeared to be from a nearby store. The expectant actress revealed the gender of her unborn child but did not share the little one’s name.

Paige Butcher and Eddie Murphy are expecting their second child together, but the newborn will be Eddie’s tenth child altogether. It was during an interview in 2016 that Murphy shared his remedy to living in the spotlight while serving as both a comedian and father of a blended family.

“I haven’t read a newspaper in 20 years, or read a corporate magazine,” Eddie revealed. “If there’s an article about me, someone has to read through it before they even give it to me. I don’t want to see anything that has anything negative,” he added. “I don’t have a computer, I don’t have email … I don’t need to be on social media interacting with the fans, tweeting that I just ate strawberries.”
