Yet, the 17-year-old doesn’t stop there. She has also created a foundation, the Zandra TLC Foundation, a 501(c)3, that was exposes, empowers, and inspires girls from ages 7-18. The foundation focuses on serving girls from underserved communities and help them with career choices, health, wellness, STEM, and more.
Zandra Beauty has won several awards including the Etsy Open Call Golden PO Winner, BE Teenpreneur of the year nominee (2016), and the Small Business Administration Youth Entrepreneur of the year (2017). Zandra has been featured on Inc., Black Enterprise, USA Today, NPR, ABC’s Nightline, NBC’s Today Show, Nickelodeon, Harry Show, Steve Harvey’s Funderdome, Seventeen Magazine, and Girls Life Magazine.
