Black Panther is slated to be a movie for the books. Several critics have praised Marvel for taking the plunge into diversity with this action-packed film. “It’s easy to lament how long it took to bring Black Panther to the big screen,” says Jake Coyle of Associated Press. “But at least the wait was worth it,” he adds.
Peter Howell of Toronto Star writes, “Rarely has a superhero origin story been as satisfying as Black Panther, which in many ways doesn’t feel like a typical Marvel movie — and more power to that.”
