Big Boi and his son, Cross, were in the building at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, earlier this week. The father and son joined others in attending the Black Panther screening in town, and the night was nothing short of fire.
Big Boi and his son brought their sense of style to the red carpet, which included the colors of red and black. The celebrity father wore a red hat while his son rocked a blazer of the same color scheme. Black was the foundational color that brought the pair’s outfits together.

The Atlanta screening of Black Panther drew large crowds who were excited to see what could be one of many hit films of the year. “This film is the ultimate black superhero movie,” Samuel L. Jackson said before introducing the movie at the Fox Theatre. “It’s taken a very long time for that to happen. It’s got an extremely, extremely good cast and it’s being done for the enjoyment of one and all in this big, wonderful country — but especially for us.”
Ryan Coogler certainly outdid himself with this Marvel flick. Seventy-seven out of seventy-eight critics on the site Rotten Tomatoes gave Black Panther shining reviews with many saying that the film is what Marvel has needed to break free of the typical superhero mold.
