It is that time again. The 2017 Halo Awards, hosted by Nick Cannon, are set to premiere this Sunday on Nickelodeon and they, like every year, promise to be a must-see concert event that promises to not only rock but celebrate those real kids who have made a difference in their neighborhood by helping others.
