Tyrese is making his struggle our struggle. The celebrity father took to Instagram to solicit his public’s help after his ex-wife, Norma Mitchell, filed a police report accusing him of being in breach of a restraining order that she has in place.
Tyrese recently hired an airplane driver and purchased a customized banner that expressed his love for his daughter, Shayla. The banner read, “No Matter What, Daddy Loves You Shayla.” The pilot circled the message over Shayla’s school in the valley on Monday, which served as a double treat to Shayla who also received gifts from her dad at school.
Some single moms would give their left arm to have their children’s father show so much love and affection towards their kids. Norma, however, wasn’t impressed.
Shayla’s mom filed a police report upon hearing of the gifts and airplane message, citing her and Shayla’s temporary restraining orders as the reason for such legal action. According to the restraining orders, Tyrese is not allowed to have any contact, direct or indirect, with her or Shayla. Mitchell’s attorney also coined the acts as possible witness intimidation since Shayla is supposed to take the witness stand in the present case of child abuse in which Tyrese is accused of being the guilty party.
