What better way to end the final day of your cookbook promo prep than with a fashionable pic? Chrissy Teigen did just that this past weekend with a candid of her and daughter Luna Stephens wearing matching avocado swimsuits. Now, fans want to know more about the apparel that stole the show.
Chrissy and Luna’s swimsuits are by Mott50
Mott50 is a company that claims to be the leader in sun protective apparel. According to the brand’s website, “Each garment is certified with 50 UPF.”
Teigen’s version is known as the “Kelly”
The swimsuit is a one-piece that zips in the back and boasts of “hand-painted in sunset-hue water-colors” digitized “for the ultimate ‘surfer chic’ suit.” There are four design options with the avocado look that Chrissy sported being one of them. Of course, the “mommy and me” style is a possibility with the “Kelly,” which is why Chrissy and Luna were able to coordinate.
Luna’s swimsuit is called the “Mini Mila”
While it is true that the designs of Luna and Chrissy’s outfits were identical, Luna’s swimwear does have a separate identity on the Mott50 website. The “Mini Mila” is “made from [the brand’s] soft, quick-drying UPF 50 fabric” and has “thumbholes for added hand protection.” This swimsuit is also wash and wear, which makes cleaning it a breeze.
The prize for both swimsuits comes just under $50 right now
Yes, you read correctly. Mott50 is running a sale on its swimwear that places the “Mini Mila” at $11 (original price is $44) and the “Kelly” at $31.25 (original price is $125). You can get the Chrissy and Luna “Mommy and Me” look for about $42. What will you do with all those savings?
