We love it. Lauren and Thomas Rhett took their kids, Willa Gray and Ada James, to the pumpkin patch earlier this week. The pictures that came from the outing are too cute.
One candid shows Willa and Ada serving as the eyes of a large image of a carved pumpkin. “Willa Gray loving fall, pumpkins and Halloween,” Lauren said of her toddler. “AJ will learn to love it we hope,” the doting mom mused. Lauren’s Instagram subscribers apparently liked what they saw. The candid garnered more than 260,000 likes in three days.
Thomas Rhett also shared pictures from his and the family’s trip to the pumpkin patch. “To watching hocus pocus 4 million times before Halloween and to carving Willa Gray’s first pumpkin,” he captioned underneath a picture of him holding a rather large pumpkin while sitting with the family.
Willa Gray has adjusted to her new life like a complete pro. The toddler moved halfway around the world to live with her adoptive parents and became a big sister all within a matter of months.
“For two weeks, [Willa] was like, ‘Who is this person who came in and took some of the attention away from me?’” Thomas said during an interview with PEOPLE. “But now she’s super protective of Ada and is just turning into an amazing big sister.”
