Now, make no mistake, Keyshawn Johnson has kids. The most recent accusation of him fathering an infant, however, is just a false claim.
TMZ Sports broke the story last month when the media outlet revealed that a 35-year-old woman claimed that he was the father of her 4-month-old son. Keyshawn, of course, called the allegation hogwash but, nevertheless, went through the process of proving his innocence. Well, a new story by TMZ affirmed that he is not the child’s father. “Mr. Johnson’s only recourse was to submit to the orders of the Court, which included taking a paternity test to dispute these false accusations and the results, of course, came back negative,” Mann reveals. “As he stated before, and states now, Mr. Johnson is not the biological father of this woman’s 4-month-old child,” she adds. “While unfortunate, Mr. Johnson is not the first celebrity to be subjected to false accusations, and he will certainly not be the last.”
Many became acquainted with Keyshawn Johnson and his parenting skills in June when he punished his adult son, Keyshawn Jr., after the youngster was ticketed for having marijuana in his University of Nebraska dorm room. The celebrity father told his public that his son needed to take time away from playing football to really consider his behavior and, hence, pulled young Keyshawn from the team’s roster.
“Everybody said, ‘Oh weed’s not that big of a deal. It’s just like wine and beer and cigarettes and cigars,'” Keyshawn Sr. revealed. “Yes, that’s true,” he admitted. “But the problem is they say don’t do it. Don’t do it. We don’t want you doing it in the NFL. We don’t want you doing it in college sports. Don’t do it.”
Keyshawn Johnson Sr. served as a wide receiver in the NFL for eleven seasons during his professional sports career. He is the proud father of three children.
