Looking good, girl! Sanya Richards-Ross and husband Aaron Ross are giving fans an inside look into their ESSENCE pregnancy photo shoot. The mother-to-be took to Instagram earlier this week to share pictures and video footage from the photography session.
Sanya and Aaron represented various styles during the maternity photo shoot. One set in the session was colorful with Sanya and Aaron representing her home country of Jamaica. “Mama Africa,” Sanya shared along with a picture of her cradling her bump.
Another set featured the couple dressed in formal wear. Sanya wore a beautiful blue gown that flowed to the ground while her husband rocked black and white attire. “Feels like a dream,” the expectant star wrote.
Sanya’s pregnancy has certainly been on the pleasurable side with few complications. “I’ve had a very very good pregnancy,” Richards-Ross revealed during a recent interview with Elite Daily. “I haven’t had any morning sickness and most of the times I forget I’m pregnant,” she added.
“But the funniest thing is one of my favorite cheat days, ’cause I used to on my diet allow every Saturday and Sunday I’d have a cheat day — not a cheat day, a cheat meal, so not the entire day… I’d have like pizza, or ice cream or french fries or something. And my cousin told me, I’ll never forget, she was like, ‘Wait til you eat pizza pregnant, you’re going to love it.’ And I haven’t!”
Sanya Richards-Ross and Aaron Ross are expecting their son to arrive in coming weeks. The little one will be the couple’s first child.
