Kevin Hart was among many stars slimed at this year’s Kids’ Choice Awards. The comedian brought his kids, Heaven and Hendrix, onstage to help him celebrate his two wins at this year’s ceremony.
Hart was selected for the awards of Favorite Villain and Favorite BFF’s (Best Friends) because of his extraordinary work in The Secret Life of Pets and Central Intelligence. The celebrity dad didn’t let the honor pass without bringing his kids onstage to celebrate.
Kevin and Hendrix engaged in a secret handshake that had many steps. The celebrity father saved the kisses and hugs for his daughter, Heaven.
Hart told his young fans that he was going to try not to get emotional before thanking them for all of their support. The comedian was near the end of his speech when he dodged the slime machine. “Nope! You missed. I’m down here,” he exclaimed. Kevin further amused the crowd and taunted the machine by saying, “I have waited my whole life to get slimed, and the one time ya’ll got to get it right, you get it wrong. It’s ’cause you stupid. You stupid.” Of course, the slime ball machine covered Hart in green goo after the last insult was uttered. Don’t mess with the slime!
