Congratulations to Pharrell Williams and wife Helen Lasichanh who welcomed triplets earlier this month.
According to Vanity Fair,
“Williams’s rep declined to provide the babies’ names or sexes, but confirmed that mother and children are ‘healthy and happy.'”
The triplets join big brother Rocket at home. The youngster celebrated his eighth birthday last November to the delight of both mom and dad.
“He’s changed my world,” Pharrell said during an interview with ABC News in 2014. “My son teaches me,” he added. “It’s crazy, he teaches me [about video games and the latest gizmos and gadgets].”
Rocket teaches dad and Pharrell gives the world a few lessons through his inspirational lyrics. “I’m just so thankful and happy and proud of where music is going,” Williams told Stereo Gum in 2013.
“This particular generation doesn’t think within the same boundaries as people did back in, say, the ’90s,” he added. “They completely recognize their freedom to make any kind of music they want. They’re not making music to get on the radio. They’re making music the way people have traditionally made music — especially in the ’60s and ’70s, they made it for their respective cultures.”
