She’s got the glow! Ciara recently shared pictures of herself and the family, and the pregnancy glow was evident.
“Good Morning,” the singer captioned underneath one photo of herself looking flawless. Ciara also posted a selfie where she was sporting sunglasses and wearing a Seahawks jersey. “1st Selfie Of The #NewYear,” she wrote. “#GoHawks.”
Last year was quite momentous for Ciara as she wed Russell Wilson and announced the expectancy of their first child. “I’m definitely still floating,” the singer told #legend magazine months after her wedding. Ciara also commented on her work schedule.
“It’s something I’m taking my time on,” the ‘I Bet’ singer said when asked about plans for a future album. “I want to make sure that I put myself in every part of it, all my creative thoughts, feelings, everything on this album,” she added.
Ciara will certainly have a lot to talk about as her journey down parenthood lane has been fulfilling to no end. “Motherhood, oh my gosh, it’s one of the best jobs in life,” she told #legend. “My family, my son and my husband, those are the things that keep me grounded and centered and there’s no better feeling than coming back and seeing him smile after a long day.”
“You put him in a bath, you put him in bed, read a book, those moments are great to end the day and keeps life in perspective because all your child wants from you is love. They don’t care about a lot of the things we care about anyway. Being a mom is part of what motivates me in my every day life.”
Ciara and Russell Wilson are expecting their first child to arrive in coming months. The little one will join Ciara’s son, Future Zahir, at home.
