Brooks Brothers and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital teamed up over the weekend, welcoming Hollywood friends and their families into the legendary clothier’s Rodeo Drive location, to spread holiday cheer, all with the spirit of giving at the forefront.
Yara Shahidi and 400 additional guests attended the event, including 100 children and a number of St. Jude patients. Attendees were greeted by Victorian carolers, live toy soldiers, and participated in a host of fun holiday-themed activities ranging from photos with Santa to balloon art, cookie and ornament decorating and craft stations, and much more.
In addition to the store’s silent auction of custom-made gingerbread houses where 100% of the proceeds went to the hospital, Brooks Brothers also donated 10% of its net sales during the event to St. Jude as well. In addition to the retailer’s holiday generosity, the iconic brand has also pledged $20 million dollars for the addition of the Brooks Brothers Computational Center at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
