Naya Rivera is cherishing the precious moments of parenthood and that includes celebrating her son’s growth. The celebrity mom commemorated her little one’s 14-month-old mark last week with a cute Instagram post.
“14 months today! Ima coool boy ima ima coool boy,” Naya shared along with a picture of her son. Josey rocked a leather hat in the candid and had his back facing the camera. The youngster’s shirt read, “Nan-A-Nana-Nana,” which sealed his coolness.
There is a bit of trouble in paradise for Josey’s parents as Naya Rivera filed for divorce from Ryan Dorsey earlier this month. According to TMZ, “She’s asking for primary physical custody of their 1-year-old son, Josey, with visitation rights for Ryan.”
Ryan and Naya tied the matrimonial knot in 2014. The Glee star gushed over her husband’s tender nature during her most recent appearance on The Real in which she discussed an abortion that she underwent in 2010 before she and Ryan were married.
“He said, ‘You know, in the short time that we dated, I wish that I could have done something to make you feel like you could have trusted me with that information because I would have loved to have been there with you,'” Naya revealed. “I was like, ‘God, that’s amazing. Thank you so much.'”
Josey is Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey’s only child. He celebrated his first birthday on September 17, 2016.
