The Southern spin-off, which follows the offspring of Hip Hop moguls as they try to find their place in the world of entertainment, outside of the shadows of their famous parents, will be premiere on WE tv.
So, who star in the new series? Well, it looks like Jermaine Dupri’s daughter, Shaniah Mauldin and eighteen-year-old Reginae Carter, daughter of Toya Wright and Lil Wayne are among the celebrity cast mates.
Over the past few years, 29-year-old rapper/actor/and television host Bow Wow has focused less on music and more on Hollywood. He has been seen in All About the Benjamins, Like Mike, Johnson Family Vacation, Roll Bounce, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Entourage, and CSI Cyber. This year, he announced plans to host a new late night show, Up With Bow Wow and Tracks—a music show that will be produced by Christina Aguilera.
We cannot wait to see what’s going down on this new season of Growing Up Hip Hop.
