For the 27th year in a row, Glamour Magazine, has once again, celebrated its Women of the Year Awards. Held on November 14th, this year in Los Angeles, CA at NeueHouse Hollywood, instead of NYC, Glamour honored several women, and a man for the first time in the history of the awards. Honorees were selected across diverse areas, encompassing fashion, politics, entertainment, sports, and activism.
The ceremony, hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross, recognized Gwen Stefani, Simone Biles, the three women—Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza, and Opal Tometi—who founded the #BlackLivesMatter movement, “Emily Doe,” Ashley Graham, Christine Lagarde, Nadia Murad, Miuccia Prada, Zendaya, and Bono, as the first Glamour Man of the Year.
On hand to present the award to Zendaya was none other than Black-ish star Yara Shahidi.
