Surprise! Keshia Knight Pulliam is expecting a child! The actress shared news of her pregnancy with Instagram fans on Sunday.
“Surprise!!! We have a new addition coming soon,” she captioned. “Tune into #KandidlyKeshia this week for the details!!” Keshia was also photographed with friends at Sunday dinner. “Our Sunday Family Dinner turned into a BABY REVEAL,” Tobey Renee exclaimed. “#ItsAGirl.”

It was just a few months ago that Keshia and NFL star Ed Hartwell tied the matrimonial knot. “Happy to spend not only my new year but my life with this guy,” Keshia shared along with a picture of her and Ed in January. The NFL star had asked the actress to marry him after a few months of courtship, which blindsided his ex-wife, Lisa Wu.
Although initially taken by surprise, Lisa told media that she and Keshia had the opportunity to talk and reach common ground. “We are actually great,” Wu said in an interview. “I got it out and addressed it and that’s fine.”
Keshia and Ed’s little one will be the couple’s first child together. Ed Hartwell also has a son named EJ with Lisa Wu.
