Jhene Aiko was a headline artist at Council member David E. Ryu’s Pacific Bridge Concert this past weekend. The event was held on the steps of Los Angeles City Hall and celebrated Asian Pacific Islanders American Heritage Month.
Aiko was the cool artist who interacted with attendees after delivering a smash hit performance. The singer and her daughter were photographed by a fan who was excited to talk to Jhene after the picture was taken. “Moment of the Night was meeting Jhené Aiko backstage after her headlining performance,” the follower wrote. “I captured this shot of her with her daughter Namiko Love — a few seconds later, she comes over and asked to see how her hair looked in the photo, approved — FLAWLESS!”
As cool as Aiko is, it appears that her daughter, Namiko, is even cooler. Jhene recently shared footage of her little one dancing to the hit song ‘Hit the Quan’ while rocking her pajamas. “My daughter is 7 and definitely cooler than me and all my friends,” Jhene told fans.
