Jamie Foxx and Laura Govan served as great hosts of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles party this past weekend. The bash was held in honor of the franchise’s second installment, which hits theaters next Friday, and featured Jamie Foxx in full daddy mode.
The all-around entertainer hosted the event at his house and worked side-by-side with the party’s disco jockey, DJ Kiss, in pulling off an informal talent show. Several kids performed impromptu as other attendees gave their undivided attention and support. At one point, a young girl requested a song that was not in DJ Kiss’ repertoire. She told Jamie that she had the song on her phone but it was dead. “These kids are so grown,” Foxx responded after laughing.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows features four of the world’s most beloved superheroes back on the main screen. The ninjas wrestle with internal problems in their fight to save the world from a ruthless villain. Catch Raphael, Donatello, Leonardo, and Michaelangelo in action when the second installment of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comes to theaters on Friday, June 3, 2016.
