Chris Bosh is beyond excited to be a father of five. The NBA star recently took to his blog to talk about the experience of having newborn twins Lennox and Phoenix.
“When I was younger, I would have never imagined that I would have five children,” Bosh wrote. “It’s kind of amazing thinking about it now because it makes me realize how far I’ve come and how much I’ve grown as a person and as a man.”
Chris also talked about Adrienne’s birthing experience that was both exciting and challenging. “Right after the initial checks, the medical staff took the boys to the NICU to monitor them because they were born a little early,” the NBA star shared. “I had to leave my wife and go with them to make sure everything went smoothly. After a few hours, everyone was doing well and resting. I don’t know how long I was up walking around the hospital and checking on everyone, but when I finally sat down, I was exhausted. It was truly a whirlwind of activity. Having two kids at one time is an extraordinary experience—awesome in every sense of the word,” he explained.
Chris and Adrienne welcomed their sons last week. Lennox and Phoenix joined Dylan, Jackson and Trinity at home.
