A family that prays together stays together according to Kimberly and Tyson Chandler. The NBA star’s wife recently shared a picture of her and the family in Sydney, Australia, that presented a united front. The Chandlers were in the city for a Hillsong Colour Conference that was both informative and empowering.
“I’ve come to Sydney and been filled with so much hope and knowledge from some legendary women and men,” Kimberly wrote on Instagram. “Now…I’m ready to get home to my world! This beautiful crew here. GRATEFUL. CHOSEN. FAVORED. Thank you Jesus for @hillsong #colourconf.”
Tyson shared the influence of faith in his life with the New York Times a few years back. “If I have practice in the morning, I’ll take my son with me to the facility and we’ll have breakfast in the cafeteria. Tyson and Melo’s son, Kiyan, will play one-on-one while we’re practicing. When we come home, I’ll have lunch and take the family to church with me at Hillsong Church, which is at different locations in the city.”
The NBA star and his wife have three kids – Sayge, Sacha-Marie and Tyson II – together.
