Fellow new mom Coco Austin attributes her post-baby body to working out before her pregnancy.

“I’m a bodybuilder, but I had to stop because my doctor told me early on that the baby was sitting very low, almost to the point that if I squatted, I could promote labor,” she tells Us Magazine. Another reason for her weight loss? “I always end my day with a glass of wine or a cocktail. As soon as I got pregnant, I cut that off.”

Coco, who had a small baby bump throughout her pregnancy, says that she only gained 13 pounds while pregnant.

“When I look at pictures of myself, I would second-guess that person too!” says the television host, who often showed off her bump on social media. “My friends were like, ‘Wait until the last month: Your bump is really gonna pop!’ But then I was nine months and I looked like I was just six months.”

“Not every woman has the same pregnancy. I don’t really know what to say other than I have nothing to prove, and she’s here now,” the star adds.

Coco and husband Ice T welcomed their first child, daughter Chanel, on November 28.
