Where has the time gone? That’s probably what Melanie Brown, Mel B, was asking herself while standing next to her teenage daughter at the Marie Claire Prix de la Moda Award Ceremony earlier this week. The mother and daughter took the red carpet by storm in black designer wear.
Phoenix looked gorgeous while wearing a black button down dress with stiletto high heels. The teen was a bit taller than her mother who also wore high heels with her pants suit.
It was just a few weeks ago that Phoenix accompanied her mom to VH1’s 5th Annual Streamy Awards in Hollywood. The teen matched her mom with a white outfit and accessories. “Where did my baby girl go,” Mel B asked social media fans at the time.
Phoenix is certainly no longer a little girl as she has even begun to drive. “She is 16, so I am like, ‘Mind that f***ing kerb! Get me out of the f***ing car!’ I get anxiety,” Mel B shared back in August. “She is 16 and she doesn’t know how to drive, yet we have all been there,” added the star.
Melanie Brown is the proud mother of three daughters. Phoenix is the singer’s oldest child.
