The 2015 Halo Awards were a hit as many celebrities attended the event held at Pier 36 in New York City on Saturday. Among the celebrities in attendance were Nick Cannon, his son Moroccan, and daughter Monroe. The twins spent time with their father in his luxurious trailer and took a number of pictures behind the scenes at the venue. “My Squad #Family,” Cannon captioned underneath one pic.
Justin Bieber was one of several recipients at this year’s Halo Awards. The singer stopped in the middle of his acceptance speech to render a moment of silence for the victims of the Paris attacks. Such act, along with words made by the young star, served as inspiration to Nick who is a Nickelodeon veteran.
“There’s no better way to begin the holiday season than by celebrating the amazing work of these four teens and our first HALO Hall of Fame recipient Justin Bieber at the Nickelodeon HALO Awards,” said Cannon of Bieber. “Justin’s commitment to granting wishes for kids is unparalleled, and his ability to inspire and lead others through his positive actions is at the core of what HALO is all about..”
