Coco Austin is only concerned about the health of her baby. The mom-to-be tells E! Online that she only seeks the counsel of her doctor when inquiring about her small bump.
“I almost feel like I kind of got gypped a little because women start seeing something of a baby bump at four to five months. I didn’t see anything until eight months. I was kinda feeling gypped in a way because when you’re pregnant, you want a bump,” says Austin.
She further explains, “I constantly ask my doctor, ‘Am I healthy? Is the baby healthy? What is going on? Have you seen this before?’ My doctor says yes, athletes look like this all the time because they have such strong abs muscles that it takes longer for a bump to pop out.”
The mom-to-be goes on to tell fans that her abdominal muscles are so strong that they suppressed her bump during the first and second trimesters of pregnancy. “My doctor said there is no need to worry,” adds the star.
Although Coco has been concerned about the opinions of critics for some time, she has decided to no longer let such negative perspectives affect her during her expectancy. “I’m not going to try and prove a point anymore,” shares Austin. “You’re going to believe what you want.”
