Rickey Smiley and the family are coming to the small screen. The comedian and his kids will soon be featured in their own reality series called ‘Rickey Smiley For Real.’
The show centers around Smiley who travels the world as a funny man. Rickey does everything within his power to maintain his hectic work schedule while fathering his four children. Fans will get to see Rickey cooking in the kitchen at home and making executive decisions on the road. Romance will also be a subject in the series as Rickey has been known as a bachelor for a number of years.
While some celebrities have experienced difficulty in balancing home responsibilities with work duties, Rickey doesn’t view the task as challenging. “It’s really not hard,” said the star in 2012. “I don’t overbook myself and put myself in a position where I don’t have time for them. We have vacations every year, we spend time at the house, we watch movies, we go to Walmart. We do everything.”
