Kevin Hart admitted to People TV that when it comes to quality times with his kids, it’s whatever makes them happy. Even if that means eating foods that aren’t edible and dressing up for tea parties. But don’t expect to see any photos: “I will not share those images because they can be career threatening” he joked.
The comedian has had an incredibly busy year, but playing with the kids is his idea of relaxing, as much energy as is required. “Phones are off, all entertainment is shut off. It’s just about them.”
Kevin has two little ones, Heaven (8) and Hendrix (7). Right now, it’s all about Nerf gun fights and onsie parties. Heaven is no star in the kitchen yet, and has had the misfortune of catching her dad spitting out her pancakes twice. “She understands,” he added. The solution might be to stop playing chef, but Kevin won’t allow it. “It makes her happy,” he explained.
With this family-man daddy around, it seems the holidays will be full of love and fun — and probably some real food, too!
