Magic Johnson and the family were guests of honor at the 2014 Carousel of Hope Ball this past Saturday. The former NBA star took several pictures on the red carpet alongside his wife and kids. The Johnsons rocked formal attire that was nothing short of elegant.
This year’s Carousel of Hope Ball was presented by Mercedes-Benz, and had Magic Johnson as the guest of honor. The NBA legend was awarded the Brass Ring Award for his humanitarian efforts that have helped thousands in need. Magic has launched various campaigns that spread awareness about poverty and health care disparities in the United States. The star has also created jobs for thousands of willing workers through his entrepreneurial efforts.
Proceeds from the 2014 Carousel of Hope Ball went to the Barbara Davis Center for Diabetes. Magic and the family took several pictures with Barbara Davis before leaving Saturday’s charity event. Clive Davis of Sony Entertainment was also in attendance at the Ball.
