The Gibson men had a day out at the gym earlier this week. Daniel Gibson Sr., did a few push-ups and later showed his son, Daniel Jr., a few moves that he can use in the boxing ring.
“Bob and weave game nice,” said big Daniel of his son’s technique. Little Daniel never attempted to fight back during the training but instead practiced a bit of passive defensiveness by moving in the opposite direction of where his father was swinging.
Daniel Sr., is currently undergoing a very public divorce from estranged wife Keyshia Cole. The NBA star recently told media that co-parenting is very challenging because his son is use to seeing his parents together.
“It makes it difficult when he wants to see me or he wants to see her and we ain’t around each other,” said Daniel Sr. “That’s why I am trying, as best as I can,[to] be friends with her. If we are not going to be together, at least we can operate in a way that is good for him to see”
Daniel Jr., is Keyshia Cole and Daniel Gibson Sr.’s only child together. The couple was married for three years before announcing their plans to divorce a few months ago.
