The Sabathias are proving to be a family of foundation. Amber and CC Sabathia, along with their four kids, recently took 125 kids from a local Boys & Girls Club to see a movie as part of their PitCCh In Foundation efforts.
“It was a Regal Cinema takeover with Madison Square Boys and Girls Club,” wrote CC next to a picture from the night of fun. Amber also commented on the outing saying, “I had to zoom in to focus on Carter and what he was doing?…Special thanks to @empirecls for providing transportation for Madison Boys and Girls Club.”
The PitCCh In Foundation was established in 2009 by the Sabathias, and is meant to support inner city communities. Both Amber and CC have experienced urban America, and now have a heart for the families who live in the city. “I’ve dealt with everything, from people in my family suddenly passing away to drug addicts living in my house,” says CC of his childhood experience. “There were many different things I had to deal with growing up. Nevertheless, I always knew what my goals were– to stay focused and have a better life for myself.”
The PitCCh In Foundation is a non-profit organization that primarily serves the inner city children of New York. Amber and CC Sabathia are the proud parents of two sons and two daughters.
