Helen Lasichanh and son Rocket Williams watched from the sidelines as Pharrell Williams performed at the 2014 Future Festival at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia on March 9th, 2014. The model looked on with delight while holding her son who had a more serious expression on his face.
Pharrell has shared the joys of fatherhood on several occasions with media saying, “The best song that I’ve ever co-written was my son.” The star has also expressed happiness is being married to his best friend telling fans, “We appreciate our privacy but at the end of the day we’re normal people. When I’m not working we’re homebodies and Helen’s my best friend. We spend more time jumping on the bed than we do out partying, clinking glasses.”
Pharrell and Helen welcomed their son into the world in November 2008. Rocket Man is their first child together.
