It was just last year that T’yanna Wallace, daughter of the late Biggie Smalls, told 97 FM that she aspires to be a fashion mogul someday. Now, the young adult is well on her way to success with the debut of her first clothing line under her belt.
T’yanna released her ‘Notoriouss Clothing’ brand in memory of her dad a day after what would have been Biggie’s 41st birthday. Miss Wallace’s collection of t-shirts features the infamous Keith Haring crown with the word, ‘Notorious’ above it.
The Penn State student previously told media that she learned of her father’s legacy through family and friends. “They have talked about him enough over time that I can basically feel like I know the stories enough,” said Wallace. “Right now, currently, ‘Machine Gun Funk’ is like my favorite song. That is my all-time favorite.”
T’yanna is the only child between Jan Jackson and Biggie Smalls. Biggie was murdered on March 9, 1997 shortly after attending the 11th Soul Train Music Awards in Los Angeles.
