Divorce is rough, but Sheree Fletcher and Andrea Kelly have found a way to move on through a reality show called ‘Hollywood Exes.’ Both recently sat down with media outlets to discuss their lives after being married to celebs, and give insight on their co-parenting techniques.
Andrea Kelly, estranged wife of singer R.Kelly, is one of several former celeb wives on ‘Hollywood Exes.’ Andrea is ecstatic about the series saying, “This is a journey of rediscovery and reinvention. We, [the women in the show], really are a sisterhood. We all know what it’s like to have, and we know what it’s like to be a have-not.”
Although she didn’t ask her former husband how he felt about her starring in a reality series, Andrea did acknowledge R.Kelly as being a part of the greater family circle. “The marriage came to an end but the family is not over. We have children. We co-parent. We’re bonded for life.”
In line with Andrea’s theories about co-parenting, Sheree Fletcher also feels that a positive relationship between her and Will Smith is what makes the arrangement work. “It’s like the marriage didn’t work, so, now we gotta move on and what we need to do now is be the most effective and be the best co-parents we can possibly be. We’re in full fledged plan B,” Fletcher said.
Sheree and Will married in 1992 and welcomed their son Trey into the world the same year. Andrea and R.Kelly were married for 12 years before divorcing in 2009. The former couple have three children together.
