Mariah Carey is the proud mother of adorable twins. Although her and Nick Cannon welcomed Moroccan and Monroe into the world nine months ago, Carey says the twins already have big personalities.
Described as the life of the party, Moroccan reminds Carey of herself in many ways. As Mariah explains, “It’s so funny … there’s a picture of the two of us [Carey and Moroccan] together and we look identical and we have the identical smile. I recognize the joy that’s in him. There’s something that was always free about me, it just got stifled as things grew in my career.”
Monroe also has a personality of her own as the dainty princess. Carey states, “We have Miss Monroe Cannon — that’s what I call her, Miss Monroe. She’s very dainty and she holds her own bottle. She’s Miss Independent, definitely Miss Independent.”
